Atletico Madrid Confident in Signing Conor Gallagher

Atletico Madrid are “extremely confident” about securing a deal for Chelsea’s 24-year-old midfielder Conor Gallagher. Additionally, Atletico Madrid is targeting the young English talent as they strengthen their squad for the upcoming season. Meanwhile, Fulham plans to submit an improved offer for Arsenal’s 23-year-old Emile Smith Rowe, after Arsenal rejected previous bids. Additionally, Trent Alexander-Arnold, 25, wants to stay at Liverpool despite Real Madrid’s interest.

In other transfer news, Crystal Palace targets Marseille’s 26-year-old winger Ismaila Sarr. Meanwhile, Inter Milan hopes Arsenal’s interest in Bologna’s 22-year-old defender Riccardo Calafiori will prompt Arsenal to sell 24-year-old Poland defender Jakub Kiwior. Manchester United consider a bid for Sporting Lisbon’s 25-year-old Denmark midfielder Morten Hjulmand. On the other hand, Chelsea are nearing a deal for Villarreal’s 22-year-old Denmark Under-21 goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen, who has also attracted interest from Marseille.

Chelsea reportedly offered £17 million plus add-ons for Jorgensen to strengthen their goalkeeping options. In contrast, Chelsea are willing to lower their asking price for striker Romelu Lukaku from €44 million (£37 million) to €35 million (£29.4 million), although Napoli prefers a lower figure closer to €25 million (£21 million). AC Milan also renews talks with Chelsea about a potential deal for 22-year-old Albania striker Armando Broja, who Everton previously targeted.

Fulham and Crystal Palace had bids for Arsenal’s 23-year-old Emile Smith Rowe rejected, leading Fulham to plan a new offer. Leicester City competes with West Ham for Arsenal’s 24-year-old winger Reiss Nelson. Additionally, Arsenal remains open to bids for England forward Eddie Nketiah with Marseille emerging as a potential destination. Manchester United aim to strengthen their full-back options by targeting Bayern Munich’s Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui, 26.

They must, however, wait to sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka before making a move. Spain’s Marcos Alonso, who is a free agent, Crystal Palace’s Tyrick Mitchell and Feyenoord’s David Hancko are among the left-back options. Manchester United is considering these players as potential targets. Everton is negotiating a loan deal for Napoli’s attacking midfielder Jesper Lindstrom. Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest is exploring a move for Talleres’ 24-year-old Paraguay winger Ramon Sosa.

Additionally, Liverpool’s Dutch defender Sepp van den Berg will likely leave the club with Hoffenheim and Mainz showing interest.
