Dani Olmo Draws Interest from Manchester City

Dani Olmo, the Spain midfielder currently playing for RB Leipzig has attracted Manchester City’s interest in a potential transfer. Manchester City’s offer for Dani Olmo, 26, comes amid Barcelona’s bid which includes an initial £40 million spread over four payments and an additional £20 million in add-ons. However, Leipzig rejected Barcelona’s proposal, deeming it insufficient.

In other transfer news, England defender Jarrad Branthwaite, 22 is hesitant to sign a new contract with Everton unless they match Manchester United’s offer of £160,000 per week. Meanwhile, Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka, 26, has turned down interest from West Ham, preferring a move to Inter Milan. United has also explored a swap deal involving Wan-Bissaka and Inter’s Dutch defender Denzel Dumfries, 28.

Brentford might reconsider letting forward Ivan Toney, 28, leave the club due to an injury to his potential replacement, Igor Thiago. Crystal Palace have agreed to a £12.6 million deal with Marseille for Senegal winger Ismaila Sarr, 26. Arsenal has started discussions with Paris Saint-Germain regarding a transfer for Spain midfielder Fabian Ruiz, 28.

However, they will need to offload a current player before finalizing the move. Aston Villa is keeping an eye on Borussia Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi, 22, who also interests Juventus and Chelsea. Napoli’s Jesper Lindstrom, 24, has completed his medical with Everton.  Chelsea is considering a swap deal involving their Spanish goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, 29 and Real Madrid’s Ukrainian keeper Andriy Lunin, 25.

West Ham has offered £30 million plus 18-year-old Lewis Orford to Aston Villa for striker Jhon Duran, 20. Nottingham Forest rejected West Ham’s bid for Wales full-back Neco Williams, 23. Liverpool must submit a £50 million offer to acquire Juventus defender Bremer, 27. Chelsea is close to finalizing a £7.6 million deal for Ivory Coast defender Guela Doue, 21, from Rennes.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain is nearing a move for Benfica’s Portuguese midfielder Joao Neves, 19. Paraguay winger Miguel Almiron, 30, is in advanced talks to join a Saudi Pro League club.
