Paris Saint-Germain have agreed in principle to sign Jadon Sancho. However, Paris Saint-Germain must meet Manchester United’s £50 million asking price to finalize the transfer. Manchester United may pursue French right-back Nordi Mukiele, Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte or Slovakian center-back Milan Skriniar in potential swap deals.

West Ham have started discussions to acquire Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United, who value the 26-year-old at over £15 million. Manchester United have set a fee of £15-20 million to sign Morocco right-back Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich but must offload Wan-Bissaka first. Chelsea have shown interest in Juventus’ 26-year-old forward Federico Chiesa, who also attracts Tottenham.

Genoa continue to negotiate with former Spain goalkeeper David de Gea, although his salary demands are complicating the talks. Aston Villa have offered to loan Manchester City’s 28-year-old midfielder Kalvin Phillips. Barcelona likely won’t pursue Portugal right-back Joao Cancelo because of Manchester City’s £25 million asking price.

Everton have reached a £22 million agreement to sign 23-year-old Republic of Ireland defender Jake O’Brien from Lyon. Crystal Palace’s 21-year-old winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi prefers a move to Southampton over Leeds. West Ham plan to meet AS Monaco’s £29.5 million asking price for French midfielder Youssouf Fofana, who has a verbal agreement to join AC Milan.

AC Milan are also nearing a deal to sign 25-year-old Brazilian defender Emerson Royal from Tottenham. Lastly, Arsenal lead the race to sign Swedish forward Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon with Liverpool showing no interest in making a bid.
