Vietnamese Football Star Dang Van Lam Opens Gau Academy at Mansion Sports Club

Vietnam—September 9, 2024: Renowned Vietnamese goalkeeper Dang Van Lam has inaugurated his Gau Academy at Mansion Sports Club. Mansion Sports Club celebrated for its advanced technology and exceptional customer service, provides the perfect setting for Van Lam’s new venture. Born in 1993 and a winner of the 2018 AFF Championship, Van Lam will also serve as the ambassador for the Mansion Sports Junior Cup Vietnam.

Mansion Sports Junior Cup Vietnam: Fostering Youth Football

Building on its success in organizing Vietnam’s first National 7v7 Pro Tournament and numerous other notable events, Mansion Sports is now shifting its focus to advancing youth football with the Mansion Sports Junior Cup Vietnam.

Dang Van Lam’s Inspiring Journey

Dang Van Lam, who was born in Moscow to a Vietnamese father and a Russian mother began his football career with Spartak Moscow and Dynamo Moscow in his youth. Upon returning to Vietnam in 2015, he joined Hai Phong FC where his exceptional performances earned him a spot on the Vietnamese national team. Notably, Van Lam played a pivotal role in Vietnam’s 2018 AFF Championship victory and became the first Vietnamese player to join Japan’s J-League with Cerezo Osaka in 2021.

Furthermore, the Mansion Sports Junior Cup Vietnam, spearheaded by Van Lam, represents a major initiative supported by Mansion Sports’ generous philanthropists. In collaboration with the Vietnam Football Association, this project aims to enhance both the physical and mental well-being of children. Consequently, Mansion Sports Club proudly hosts a Vietnamese national player and stands united with the Vietnamese football community, demonstrating its commitment to nurturing future football talent and promoting the sport’s growth in Vietnam.
