2024 NFL Draft: Chaos Reigns as Teams Make Bold Moves in Penultimate Mock Draft

In this penultimate mock draft for the 2024 NFL Draft chaos reigns with numerous trades and surprising picks. Notable moves include the Chicago Bears selecting Caleb Williams as their quarterback of the future while the Washington Commanders opt for Jayden Daniels. The New England Patriots surprise by picking J.J. McCarthy and the Arizona Cardinals stay put to draft Marvin Harrison Jr.

The Minnesota Vikings snag Drake Maye after a trade with the Los Angeles Chargers and the New York Giants add Rome Odunze to bolster their receiving corps. The Atlanta Falcons trade down and select Malik Nabers and the Buffalo Bills make a bold move up to secure him. Other picks include Joe Alt to the Tennessee Titans, Jared Verse to the Chicago Bears and Brock Bowers to the New York Jets.

The Los Angeles Chargers acquire Taliese Fuaga after trading with the Minnesota Vikings and the Indianapolis Colts move up to select Dallas Turner. The Las Vegas Raiders draft Amarius Mims, the New Orleans Saints pick Olumuyiwa Fashanu and the Denver Broncos select Bo Nix after trading back. Laiatu Latu goes to the Atlanta Falcons following a trade with the Seattle Seahawks and Quinyon Mitchell is chosen by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Cincinnati Bengals pick Byron Murphy II and the Los Angeles Rams select Troy Fautanu. The Pittsburgh Steelers add Brian Thomas Jr. and the Miami Dolphins choose Cooper DeJean. Chop Robinson heads to the Philadelphia Eagles after a trade with the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers select Kool-Aid McKinstry.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers pick Darius Robinson, the Arizona Cardinals choose JC Latham and the Seattle Seahawks take Graham Barton. The Detroit Lions select Adonai Mitchell and the Baltimore Ravens draft Marshawn Kneeland. The San Francisco 49ers choose Tyler Guyton and the Kansas City Chiefs conclude the first round by selecting Jordan Morgan.
