Alpine is facing a challenging period in Formula 1 currently sitting at the bottom of the constructors’ championship with no points in 2024. Despite their aspirations to break into the top three teams, they have experienced a significant decline and are now fighting to avoid the last position. However, team boss Bruno Famin insists that Alpine remains committed to their F1 project and is not for sale.

They are determined to improve their performance and achieve their goals, despite recent management changes and technical challenges. Famin acknowledges the difficult situation but remains confident in Alpine ability to bounce back. The team plans to continue developing upgrades for their current car in an effort to salvage their season.

Looking ahead to 2026, Alpine sees an opportunity to close the performance gap with their competitors particularly in terms of engine power. Their focus is on the long-term vision and they are content with their current driver lineup although they remain open to future changes. Alpine aims to return to scoring points in the short term while targeting a stronger position on the grid from 2026 onwards.

They view the upcoming regulatory changes as an opportunity to reset and improve their competitiveness against the top teams in Formula 1.
