Barcelona president Joan Laporta is considering legal action and a potential demand for a replay after his team was denied a goal against Real Madrid. Lamine Yamal apparent goal was disallowed after a VAR check despite Barcelona belief that the ball had crossed the line.

Laporta has requested footage and audio of the decision-making process and stated that if an error is confirmed, the club will take necessary measures to rectify the situation. Laporta cited a previous instance in the Belgian Pro League where a match was replayed due to a VAR error.

Real Madrid won the match 3-2 extending their lead over Barcelona to 11 points in the La Liga table.
