Bisseck scored just before halftime with a header from a free kick by Hakan Calhanoglu.
In the 78th minute, Barella scored the second goal after a one-two with Marko Arnautovic. The victory restores Inter’s four-point lead atop the Serie A table.
Lecce had chances to equalize, but Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic and the woodwork stood in the way.
