Bolton Wanderers have secured the signing of striker Aaron Collins from Bristol Rovers on a three and a half year contract while defender Caleb Taylor has joined the club on loan from West Bromwich Albion. Collin (26) has scored five goals in 36 games for Bristol Rovers this season bringing his total to 39 in 139 appearances.
Taylor a 21 years old center-back has played nine games for West Brom since making his senior debut in August 2021 and also had a loan spell at Cheltenham where he scored two goals in 49 games. Despite Bristol Rovers experiencing disappointment with Collins’ departure manager Matt Taylor acknowledged the club’s challenges in the transfer market although there was a positive note with striker Chris Martin extending his contract in January.
