Bolton’s Ashworth Stars in League One Win Over Carlisle

Zac Ashworth starred for Bolton, scoring a goal and providing an assist in their comfortable League One win against Carlisle. Ashworth netted his first-ever League goal with a volley assisted by Josh Sheehan before setting up Paris Maghoma for Bolton’s second. Jordan Gibson pulled one back for Carlisle but Bolton secured the win with two stoppage-time goals. Kyle Dempsey scored the third goal assisted by Aaron Morley while new signing Nat Ogbeta sealed the victory with a debut goal after joining on loan from Swansea.
