West Ham manager David Moyes has received criticism this season but his decision to deploy Jarrod Bowen as a central striker has proven successful. Bowen scored a hat-trick in West Ham’s 4-2 win against Brentford bringing his goal tally to 14 this season.
Moyes believes Bowen’s goal scoring ability in a wide position could catch the attention of England manager Gareth Southgate as Euro 2024 approaches. Bowen, who recently ended a seven-game scoring drought, expressed pride in his performance and stated he is still learning how to play as a striker in one of the best leagues.
