The LIV Golf League recently gathered its players for “Teams Week” in Miami to prepare for the upcoming season. During this event, LIV Golf officially confirmed Matt Jones’ return to the all-Australian Ripper team. Additionally, it was revealed that a 13th team, led by Jon Rahm and named Legion XIII, will be added for the season. Interviews and media opportunities were granted, indicating confidence in LIV Golf’s sustainability and potential agreements with golf’s major entities.
Bryson DeChambeau, captain of the Crushers team, expressed optimism about LIV’s future and the possibility of the golf community coming back together. He emphasized the need for unity and shared his thoughts on integrating team aspects to attract new fans and generate revenue.
