Skipper vows on taking England higher

Despite the team’s recent poor performance, England cricket captain Jos Buttler says he is dedicated to staying in his role and learning from mistakes.

England lost their T20 and ODI series against the West Indies and was eliminated early from the recent 50-over World Cup.

Although the losses were upsetting, Buttler claims they have inspired him to get better. His goal as a player is to improve and advance to new heights.

In advance of the T20 World Cup in 2019, England’s coach Matthew Mott stated that the team learned a lot from the West Indies tour. Buttler accepted this evaluation.

Buttler thinks that England performed admirably in the most recent series and that they were able to assess players and Caribbean conditions in advance of the World Cup.

England have one more series against Pakistan in May before defending their T20 World Cup title in the US and West Indies in June.
