The pair setting sights on Paris 2024

Malaysian mixed doubles players Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei are training hard to raise their

game and consistency for the 2024 season during the year-end tournament break. Their goal is to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics by staying in the top 16 of the world rankings by April 2024.

They are currently ranked 9th. They have just ten competitions left until April in order to keep their points in the world ranking.

In January of 2024, Tang Jie-Ee Wei will make their debut at the Malaysian Open, where they will take on the formidable French duo of Thom Gicquel and Delphine Delrue, ranked 11th in the world. Soon Huat-Shevon, Kian Meng-Pei Jing, and Peng Soon-Cheah Yee See are among the other Malaysian pairs competing in the mixed doubles division of the Malaysian Open.
