Clippers’ P.J. Tucker Slapped with $75,000 NBA Fine Over Trade Desire

Los Angeles Clippers forward P.J. Tucker has been fined $75,000 by the NBA the largest fine this season for publicly expressing his desire to be traded on February 5 violating league policy. The 38 years old veteran acquired in the James Harden trade has been dissatisfied with his playing time and hasn’t played since November 27 appearing in only 12 games.

Despite his frustration and posting on Instagram that the situation is a “joke,” Tucker reportedly won’t request a buyout as the Clippers believe he can still contribute in the playoffs.
