Conor McGregor’s Three-Year Absence Raises Questions About UFC Comeback

Conor McGregor former UFC star has been absent from the octagon for over three years with his last fight in 2021. Despite announcing a comeback for International Fight Week in June 2024 against Michael Chandler, UFC president Dana White has cast doubt on this plan. McGregor, known for his wealth and diverse business ventures including Proper No 12 whiskey and the Black Forge Inn has kept busy outside of fighting. He has a growing family and numerous entrepreneurial endeavors including a clothing line and fitness app. McGregor’s net worth is estimated to be over £536m and he’s set to make his Hollywood debut in a remake of Road House alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.
