Controversy: Martin Odegaard Protests Denied Late Corner as Bayern Advance

Martin Odegaard expressed frustration with officials after Arsenal’s Champions League quarter-final loss to Bayern Munich. Despite pushing for a goal, Arsenal failed to find a breakthrough with Odegaard feeling they should have been awarded a late corner. The Norwegian captain effort deflected off Eric Dier and Manuel Neuer but the officials missed it awarding a goal-kick instead.

Despite Odegaard protests, the decision stood and Bayern held on to win. Arsenal had their chances but Bayern strong second-half performance sealed the victory. Former Spurs captain Harry Kane now with Bayern reflected on the tough season but celebrated reaching the semi-finals.
