Dan Quinn Signals Intent to Draft Quarterback in Upcoming NFL Draft

Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn is hinting at the team’s intention to draft a quarterback in the upcoming NFL draft, particularly LSU’s Jayden Daniels, who is widely speculated to be their pick at No. 2 overall. While Quinn acknowledges receiving trade calls, it seems unlikely that any offer would persuade them to move down.

He emphasized the importance of due diligence in evaluating potential offers but stressed that any deal would have to be highly compelling. Given the significance of selecting a franchise quarterback, it appears that Washington is inclined to keep the No. 2 pick and secure their future quarterback.
