Dana White has responded to former UFC star Francis Ngannou second rounds knockout loss to Anthony Joshua in his continued venture into boxing. Ngannou who previously impressed against Tyson Fury faced doubts about his crossover success after being knocked down three times by Joshua.
White suggested that Ngannou earlier win against Fury might have been due to Fury condition. Despite the brutal loss, Ngannou expressed determination to continue in boxing and Joshua offered support urging him not to leave the sport.
Ngannou who left the UFC last year has faced skepticism about his transition to boxing despite securing lucrative fights in the heavyweight division.
