Dortmund Dominance: Sancho and Reus Secure Champions League Quarter-Final Berth

Borussia Dortmund secured a spot in the Champions League quarter-finals after defeating PSV Eindhoven with goals from Jadon Sancho and Marco Reus. Sancho opened the scoring early with a powerful shot while Reus sealed the victory in stoppage time. Despite PSV chances to equalize including missed opportunities by Hirving Lozano, Dortmund’s solid defense and goalkeeper Gregor Kobel’s crucial saves ensured their advancement.

Sancho named Player of the Match continued his impressive form with his first Champions League goal since November 2021. However, his match ended prematurely due to a potential hamstring injury but Dortmund emerged victorious nonetheless. Sancho expressed gratitude for his contribution to the team’s success and praised the support from his teammates and fans.
