Dramatic Turnaround: Ipswich Town Triumphs 3-2 in Nail-Biter Against Bristol City

In a thrilling match, Leif Davis scored in the 89th minute securing a dramatic 3-2 victory for Ipswich Town against Bristol City. Ipswich twice came from behind with Conor Chaplin and Ahmed Al Hamadi leveling the score after Anis Mehmeti and Tommy Conway put City ahead. Max O’Leary saved Al Hamadi’s late penalty but Davis sealed the win moments later.

Ipswich stays in the Championship’s automatic promotion places two points clear of third-placed Leeds. The victory showcased Ipswich’s resilience having won 28 points from losing positions this season. Bristol City remains in 13th place. Ipswich manager Kieran McKenna praised his team’s character while Bristol City head coach Liam Manning expressed frustration at his team’s late emotional lapse.
