Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce revealed on Wednesday’s episode of the “New Heights” podcast that his Super Bowl ring is now officially missing. The podcast hosted an event at the University of Cincinnati titled “Jason Lost His Ring,” poking fun at Kelce’s habit of misplacing his 2018 Super Bowl ring. Kelce confessed, “I don’t even know if Travis knows this but I legitimately lost my Super Bowl ring in this event.”
Participants searched through two inflatable pools filled with chili to locate the ring with decoy rings included to add difficulty. Despite using a metal detector and other efforts, the genuine ring remained unfound. Kelce expressed disappointment saying, “We have still yet to find it,” and speculated that it may have ended up in a landfill in the Cincinnati area.
Notably, the ring features engraved signatures on the inside arbor making it the first Super Bowl ring to have such a design.
