Eden Hazard Set to Return to Stamford Bridge for Soccer Aid Charity Match
Former Chelsea forward Eden Hazard is preparing to return to Stamford Bridge for the annual Soccer Aid charity match between England and the World XI FC in June. The 33 years old, who retired from football after leaving Real Madrid last summer expressed his excitement about reuniting with the club where he enjoyed “seven years of pure happiness.”
The match will take place on June 9 and will be broadcast live on ITV. Hazard who made 352 appearances and scored 110 goals for Chelsea,will be managed by Mauricio Pochettino and will join other club legends like Frank Lampard, Joe Cole and Gary Cahill. Hazard reminisced about his time at Chelsea expressing his fondness for the club and its players.
