England defender Eric Dier is set to make his loan move to Bayern Munich permanent ending his Tottenham career. The 30 years old triggered an option in his loan deal activating a new 12 months contract at Bayern if he played a certain number of games.
Dier joined Bayern on loan in January after falling out of favor at Tottenham where his contract was set to expire in June. The Cheltenham-born player made 274 Premier League appearances for Spurs since joining in 2014. Dier has represented England 49 times since his debut in November 2015.
