Harper’s Heroics: Three Home Runs Propel Phillies to Victory Over Reds

Bryce Harper led the Philadelphia Phillies to a 9-4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds with three home runs including a grand slam marking his first hits of the season. Harper explosive performance along with Brandon Marsh homer, propelled the Phillies to bounce back from their previous loss.

Spencer Turnbull impressed in his Phillies debut striking out seven in five innings. Despite cold and rainy conditions leading to errors from both teams, Harper standout night stole the spotlight. Turnbull filling in for the injured Taijuan Walker earned the win while Ricardo Pinto secured his first career save after being called up from Triple-A.

Pinto journey to the ballpark included an eight hours drive, showcasing his dedication to return to the major leagues.
