Inspiring the Next Generation: Georgia Routledge Makes History as British Para-Standing Tennis Player
Georgia Routledge a 19 years old tennis player from Norwich with cerebral palsy on her right side aspires to be the “next Alfie Hewett” and aims to inspire children as the first British female Para-Standing Tennis player. She competes without a wheelchair participating in both the world and European championships.
The 2024 Para-Standing Tennis World Championships will be officially supported by the International Tennis Federation for the first time. Stuart Webber former Canaries sporting director and his wife Zoe support Georgia through their charity The Summit Foundation.
Georgia coached by Donna Andrews aims to compete in the Paralympics and encourages others never to give up on their dreams.
