Jack Draper Dominates to Progress in Mexican Open, Sets Sights on Yoshihito Nishioka

British number three Jack Draper secured a swift victory in the first round of the Mexican Open, defeating American seventh seed Tommy Paul 6-0, 6-4. Draper maintained his serve and capitalized on four out of five break-point opportunities completing the match in one hour and 26 minutes.
His next opponent is Japanese lucky loser Yoshihito Nishioka. Meanwhile, fellow Briton Dan Evans faced a tough battle against American Ben Shelton ultimately losing 2-6, 7-5, 7-6 (7-5) after serving for the match in the third set. Shelton praised Evans as a challenging opponent and expressed satisfaction with his comeback win.
