Jamaican Teen Nickecoy Bramwell Shatters Usain Bolt Under-17 400m Record

A 16 years old sprinting prodigy from Jamaica, Nickecoy Bramwell has made headlines by smashing Usain Bolt Under-17 400m record at the 51st Carifta Games. Bramwell remarkable performance at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium in Grenada saw him clocking 47.26 seconds beating Bolt 22 years old record of 47.33 seconds.

Bramwell expressed his elation at breaking the record, stating that he had been eyeing it since last summer. Not only did he surpass Bolt record but he also dominated the race winning by a significant margin of 0.7 seconds and finishing well ahead of third place by 0.9 seconds.

Despite initial fitness concerns, Bramwell outstanding performance showcased his immense talent and potential in the sprinting world.
