Portuguese football legend Luis Figo has revived his feud with Barcelona fans in a humorous advertisement. The advert alludes to the infamous moment in 2002 when a pig’s head was thrown onto the pitch while Figo was playing for Real Madrid against Barcelona. Figo now 51 stars in the Uber Eats commercial where he jokes about the incident by ordering a cooked pig’s head for dinner.
The playful Instagram post suggests using Uber Eats to order suckling pig for a meal. Following the original incident, there were allegations from both sides with Real players claiming to have seen golf balls and a knife on the field. Barcelona then-manager Louis van Gaal blamed Figo for provoking the fans by taking corners slowly. Figo responded sharply criticizing Van Gaal and Barcelona former president Joan Gaspart.
