Manchester United may see the return of five key players for their FA Cup quarter-final against Liverpool. Rasmus Hojlund, Mason Mount, Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tom Heaton have all participated in training this week and are in contention for the match.
Hojlund and Mount have been sidelined for several games while Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka have been out for longer periods. Heaton is set to replace the injured Altay Bayindir on the bench. Manager Erik ten Hag is optimistic about their availability but will make a final decision after Saturday’s training session.
He expressed satisfaction with the players’ progress and participation in training throughout the week.
