Mason Greenwood reportedly felt “upset” by an alleged slur from Jude Bellingham but prefers not to see the Real Madrid player banned. The incident is related to a Liga match between Real and Getafe on February 1. Currently, Greenwood on loan at Getafe from Manchester United wants the case dropped and is said to have expressed this to authorities.

Despite being surprised by the incident, Greenwood who faced allegations dropped in February 2023 desires to avoid bad publicity and continue playing football. The 22 years old winger has been performing well on loan and might attract interest from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid with potential opportunities at Manchester United hinted by new minority shareholder Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
