Paris St-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe who scored both goals in their Champions League victory over Real Sociedad stated that he has “no problems” with manager Luis Enrique. Despite questions about Enrique’s handling of Mbappe since the player’s decision to join Real Madrid in the summer, Mbappe emphasized his good relationship with the coach.
Enrique acknowledged Mbappe’s imminent departure and praised his performance stating that the forward will excel with any coach or team. Mbappe’s two goals secured PSG place in the quarter-finals. The draw for the last eight will take place on March 15. Mbappe’s stellar performance showcased his brilliance leaving a significant void for PSG to fill after his departure. The victory marked PSG advancement to the quarter-finals for the first time since 2021.
