Inter Miami coach Gerardo “Tata” Martino stated that Messi is likely to miss the upcoming MLS match against D.C. United as a precautionary measure.

Martino emphasized the importance of not risking Messi’s health and confirmed a muscle overload in Messi’s right leg. Luis Suárez, Messi’s teammate expressed excitement about reuniting with Messi on the field and highlighted their successful partnership at Barcelona.
