Nat Sciver-Brunt and Pat Cummins Crowned Wisden Top Cricketers

Wisden has named Nat Sciver-Brunt and Pat Cummins as the top cricketers in the world. Sciver-Brunt is the first English woman to receive this honor, recognized for her exceptional batting performances in women’s cricket. Cummins on the other hand led Australia to victory in the World Test Championship and the 50-over World Cup.

The five Cricketers of the Year include Harry Brook and Mark Wood from England, alongside Australians Usman Khawaja, Mitchell Starc and Ashleigh Gardner. Travis Head wins the Wisden Trophy for Test performance of the year for his outstanding innings in the Test Championship final.

Additionally, Hayley Matthews of West Indies is named the leading T20 cricketer in the world, setting a new record for player of the match awards.
