Lancashire has secured the services of New Zealand batsman Tom Bruce for the 2024 season.
The 32-year-old, with 17 T20 international appearances for the Kiwis, becomes the Red Rose’s second overseas signing, joining Australian spinner Nathan Lyon. Bruce, boasting 5,334 runs from 75 first-class matches, expressed his excitement, stating, “It’s a dream come true to spend a full season with a prestigious club like Lancashire, and having Old Trafford as my home ground was a significant attraction.”
Bruce, who plays across all formats, had previously played for Sussex in 2018 during his stint in England.
