Novak Djokovic defeated Lorenzo Musetti in straight sets advancing to the Monte Carlo Masters quarter-finals. Despite an early setback, Djokovic showcased resilience winning 7-5, 6-3. This marks his tenth quarter-final appearance in Monte Carlo highlighting his enduring skill. Next, he’ll face Alex De Minaur aiming for further success.
Djokovic acknowledged Musetti challenge and expressed determination to perform at his best. In other matches, Jannik Sinner secured a quarter-final spot while Danil Medvedev lost to Karen Khachanov. Khachanov will now play Tsitsipas after his win against Zverev.
