Pacers confirm semi-final berth with a win over Boston Celtics

The Indiana Pacers secured a spot in the NBA’s In-Season Tournament semi-finals by defeating the Boston Celtics 122-112. 

Tyrese Haliburton shone with a remarkable performance, achieving his first triple-double with 26 points, 13 assists, and 10 rebounds. 

The Pacers now await the results of the New York Knicks versus Milwaukee Bucks match to determine their opponent in the semi-finals.

Meanwhile in the Western Conference quarter-finals, the New Orleans Pelicans triumphed over the Sacramento Kings 127-117. 

Brandon Ingram led the Pelicans with an impressive stat line of 30 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. Despite a strong effort from De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis of the Kings, who recorded a triple-double, the Pelicans secured their victory. 

The Pelicans will face either the Los Angeles Lakers or the Phoenix Suns in the semi-finals in Las Vegas on Thursday, with the final slated for Saturday. It’s worth noting that all matches, except the final, contribute to the regular-season standings.
