Rangers drew level with Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic in a chaotic match against Ross County. Despite 43 shots and 23 on target, Rangers could not secure the three goals win required to top the table due to George Wickens’ record 19 saves for Ross County. Cyriel Dessers and John Souttar scored for Rangers while Simon Murray leveled for County.

The win keeps Rangers on par with Celtic in the title race. Despite their dominance, Rangers’ failure to secure a comfortable win highlights the fierceness of the competition. Wickens’ outstanding performance kept County in the game, frustrating Rangers’ prolific attack. Interim Ross County manager Don Cowie praised his team’s resilience and luck.

Despite the disappointment, Rangers manager Philippe Clement emphasized the importance of creating chances and attacking football. The next fixtures see Rangers facing St Johnstone while Ross County takes on Dundee.
