Middlesbroughâs versatile midfielder Matt Crooks has finalized a transfer to Major League Soccer team Real Salt Lake for an undisclosed amount. The 30 years old who spent nearly three years at Teesside has committed to a three years contract with the Utah-based club.
Crooks originally from Leeds arrived at Boro from Rotherham United in July 2021 and contributed 23 goals in 115 appearances. Known for his adaptability, Crooks played in multiple positions including center forward and various midfield roles.
