Richarlison Mental Health Message: Seeking Help Saved My Life

Brazilian forward Richarlison currently playing for Tottenham, revealed his battle with depression following Brazil quarter-final loss to Croatia in the 2022 World Cup. The 26 years old capped 48 times, expressed contemplating quitting football after experiencing mental struggles, notably during a World Cup qualifier against Bolivia.

Despite initial difficulties at Spurs after joining from Everton in 2022, Richarlison has found form, scoring 11 goals in 26 appearances this season. He emphasized the importance of seeking help for mental health issues, crediting therapy for saving his life and urging others to seek professional support when needed.
