Roy Keane criticized Erling Haaland for behaving like a “spoilt brat” after being substituted following his four goals performance in Manchester City 5-1 victory over Wolves. Haaland, the Premier League top scorer appeared displeased as he was replaced by Pep Guardiola in the 82nd minute.
Keane expressed disapproval of Haaland reaction stating that scoring goals does not excuse such behavior. This is not the first time Keane has criticized Haaland previously likening his overall play to that of a “League Two player.” In response to Keane comments, Haaland dismissed them stating he does not care about Keane opinion.
Conversely, Sky Sports pundits Jamie Redknapp and Micah Richards praised Haaland goal-scoring ability and mentality emphasizing his exceptional talent and potential to become a Ballon d’Or contender.
