Salah Goal Clinches Victory for Liverpool, Pushes Them Two Points Clear at the Top

Mohamed Salah scored his 16th goal of the Premier League season, matching a feat achieved only by Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry. His decisive goal secured a 2-1 victory over Brighton pushing Liverpool two points clear at the top as they pursue another title under Jurgen Klopp.

Salah consistency was highlighted by his 25th goal contribution in seven consecutive seasons a feat shared only with Shearer and Henry. Despite a record-breaking performance with 12 shots against Brighton, Salah overall contribution against them now stands at 16 goals and assists surpassing most other clubs he has faced.

With 22 goals in all competitions this season, Salah remains a key figure in Liverpool title ambitions.
