Logan Sargeant is set to continue with Williams as the 2024 Formula 1 driver list finally completed. The 22 year-old will once again partners Thailand’s Alex Albon.
In the 2023 season, Sargeant had a difficult rookie year but proved to rivals and fans alike that he is capable of challenging the elites in the competition.
He also gained his first every Formula 1 point back at home in United States, making history as the first ever American to do so in 30 years.
Sargeant claimed that he is ‘thrilled’ to be able to continue with the British team for another year.
“We have exciting plans for the future, and I can’t wait to contribute to the team’s success in the coming year,” he said.
Williams finished seventh in the constructers list this year – a big improvement from being last-ranked in the previous year.
The 2024 season will kick off in Bahrain on 29 March.
