Welsh international Angharad James has signed a two year deal with Seattle Reign in the United States, leaving Tottenham for an undisclosed fee. The 29 years old midfielder made the move before the Women’s Super League January transfer window closed at 23:00 GMT.
Notably, she was absent from Tottenham’s training session on Saturday and was excluded from Sunday match against Manchester City to finalize the transfer. James has prior experience with North Carolina Courage and Orlando Pride.
