Sebastian Baez secured victory in the Rio Open by defeating Mariano Navone in straight sets 6-2, 6-1. Despite Navone’s efforts to rally Baez dominated the match breaking his opponent early and maintaining control.
Navone managed to secure a few games but Baez’s relentless play and strong returns ensured his victory. Baez claimed the Rio Open title,showcasing his prowess on the ATP Tour.
The match marked Navone’s first ATP Tour final where he faced tough competition from the tournament winner Sebastian Baez.
