Silva, Grealish secured three points for City
As anticipated, a visit to Kenilworth Road proved challenging for the champions, as Manchester City had to stage a comeback from a 1-0 deficit to secure a 2-1 victory over Luton Town.
City initiated the game impressively, and it would have been an ideal start had they managed to find the back of the net. However, to their surprise, it was the home side that took the lead.
In the added time of the first half, winger Andros Townsend carved out a bit of space on the right side, creating half a yard for himself. His left-footed cross found its deserving finish from Elijah Adebayo.
It appeared that City might have to endure a longer wait for another Premier League victory, but Pep Guardiola’s team had other plans. Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish orchestrated two goals in the span of four minutes to secure the win.
With this win, City maintains the fourth position on the table, trailing the leaders Liverpool by four points and sitting three points behind second-placed Arsenal.
