Ireland maintains their pursuit of back to back Six Nations Grand Slams with a comfortable bonus point victory over Italy in Dublin. The first half saw tries from Jack Crowley, Dan Sheehan and Jack Conan putting Ireland 19-0 ahead.

Sheehan secured the bonus point with his second try while James Lowe and Calvin Nash added to the score. Despite occasional scrappiness, Ireland secured their 17th successive home win. The win positions Ireland to face Wales on February 24 aiming to achieve a historic consecutive Grand Slam.

Italy after giving England a scare last week faced disappointment in Dublin. Ireland Coach Andy Farrell expresses satisfaction with the bonus point win and keeping Italy scoreless. The victory extends Ireland’s winning streak in the tournament to 11 since 2022.
