Stephen Curry Hits Milestone: 300 Three-Pointers in a Season for the Fifth Time
On Wednesday, the Golden State Warriors faced the Memphis Grizzlies at home where Stephen Curry reached a remarkable milestone by making his 300th three pointers of the season, marking the fifth time in his career he achieved this feat. Only two other players, Klay Thompson and James Harden have accomplished this but Curry stands alone as the only player to do it multiple times.
Despite being 36, Curry continues to excel, averaging 27.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game with impressive shooting percentages. The Warriors, currently the tenth seed in the Western Conference with a 35-32 record have had a mixed performance lately going 5-5 in their last ten games. In their recent game against the New York Knicks, they suffered a 119-112 loss despite Curry’s solid performance. Next, they’ll face the Indiana Pacers in San Francisco.
