Men’s doubles pairs Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani and Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun are facing pressure from rising young pairs due to their recent struggles. While Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani have faced early exits in all their tournaments this year, Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun have only reached the last eight once.

On the other hand, emerging pairs like Choong Hon Jian-Mohd Haikal Nazri, Yap Roy King-Wan Arif Wan Junaidi and Aaron Tai-Kang Khai Xing have been making waves with impressive performances. These young pairs’ successes have prompted the men’s doubles coach, Tan Bin Shen to urge Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani and Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun to step up their game to stay ahead.

While both pairs cannot qualify for the Paris Olympics, they still have opportunities to compete and should aim for higher titles rather than settling for early exits. The coach hopes to see positive results from them in the upcoming Asian Championships, despite facing tough opponents in the early rounds.
