Susie Wolff has announced that she has filed a criminal complaint against the FIA regarding their statements about her in December. This follows an investigation launched and subsequently dropped by the FIA over allegations of breach of confidentiality.
The probe was prompted by claims in Business F1 magazine suggesting that Toto Wolff, Mercedes team boss and Susie’s husband was benefiting from information shared by her. Despite vehement denials from Susie Wolff, the FIA initially looked into the matter but later stated that there was no ongoing investigation.
Susie Wolff lodged her complaint on March 4th, expressing frustration over the lack of transparency and accountability from the FIA regarding their conduct in this matter. She emphasized the importance of speaking out against improper behavior and ensuring accountability.
